SHIPPING
All orders are shipped worldwide with DHL Express.
Orders are prepared within 4–5 business days before shipment. Once dispatched, delivery is estimated within 7–9 business days depending on the destination country.
A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that DHL does not deliver to PO boxes.
Caliko Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, DHL operations, or local delivery services in the destination country.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
Caliko Studio does not cover import duties, taxes, or any additional customs-related charges.
If you are unsure about your country’s import regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.
RETURNS
We accept returns on eligible items at the customer’s expense.
All return requests must be submitted by email to:

Returned items must be received in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Shipping costs related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to return an item, a refund will be issued exclusively in the form of store credit or voucher upon approval of the return.

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
Once your return has been received, inspected and approved by Caliko Studio, a refund will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
