Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Dakar, Senegal.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We currently ship worldwide with DHL Express.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually prepared within 4 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery generally takes around 7 business days depending on the destination.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted at the customer’s expense.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued in the form of store credit or a voucher.

All sales from sample sales, promotions, or discounted drops are final.

What sizes does Caliko Studio offer?
Caliko Studio currently produces garments from size S to 3XL.
Do you offer made-to-measure?
No. Caliko Studio does not offer made-to-measure production at this time.
How does Caliko Studio fit?
Our garments are designed with intentional proportions and relaxed silhouettes. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for detailed measurements.
